Images

None added

We don’t host images. Paste a public https:// link to a PNG, JPG, or GIF and select “Apply image”; the file stays at your URL.

Rules for image links

The link becomes part of your signature. Use a permanent, public link; avoid temporary links, links that need sign-in, and links that contain secret keys.

Typing an address doesn’t load the image. Your browser checks the link when you select “Apply image”.

Without a logo, your details fill the space and no empty column is left.

Logo

recommended

In dark mode, the dark parts of a transparent logo can disappear; use a version with a white background.

How it works

It runs in this browser tab
Your details are kept only in the open tab. They are not sent to us or saved to an account, and refreshing the page clears them.
Images stay at your URL
We don’t host your logo or photo. You paste a public https:// link, your browser checks that it loads, and the signature points to that same address.
Each email app gets the format it accepts
Choose your email app below the preview. Most apps take the formatted signature; iPhone Mail takes plain text and Thunderbird takes HTML code. The steps for your app are shown under the Copy button.

For teams

The team version of Enbul Signature gives everyone in a company the same signature, managed from one place.

  • An admin sets up the company template once: layout, logo, colors, and the company details that must be the same for everyone.
  • Employees open one shared link and add only their own name, job title, and contact details. They don’t need an account.
  • Company details are locked in the template, so every signature matches. Your logo stays on your own website; we don’t host it.
Create a team account

You sign up with your work email. The team product will be a paid yearly plan per company; the price will be published when payments open. Until then, we review each request by hand before opening access.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it is free, and no, you don’t need an account. Add your details, try the three free designs, and copy your signature. Accounts and the other designs are part of the team product.

Is the team product free?

No. The team product will be a paid yearly plan per company; the price will be published when payments open. Until then, we review each request by hand before opening company access. The signature generator on this page stays free.

Where do I get a link for my logo or photo?

If the image is already on your company website, right-click it there and choose “Copy image address.” The link must start with https:// and point to a PNG, JPG, or GIF file. Use a permanent link you control or have permission to use; links that expire or need a sign-in will break in sent emails.

Will switching designs delete my details?

No. Fields that a new design does not support are hidden, not deleted. They reappear when you switch to a design that supports them.

Will my signature look identical in every email app?

Email apps display signatures differently, so fonts and spacing may vary slightly. After installation, send a test email and check it on desktop and mobile.

How do I install my signature?

Choose your email app below the preview, select the Copy button, and follow the numbered steps shown under it. If your browser blocks copying, the page tells you and lets you copy the signature by hand.
